Buyer Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what buyers may and may not do on Zedtra when placing orders, receiving goods, and requesting support.

Who This Buyer Policy Applies To

This Buyer Acceptable Use Policy applies to customers and buyers who browse, message, place orders, pay for goods, request refunds, or use buyer-facing services on Zedtra.

It is separate from seller-facing marketplace rules because buyers and sellers carry different responsibilities on the platform.

Use Official Checkout Only

Buyers must use official Zedtra checkout for transactions they want protected by platform records, refund review, and dispute support.

Do not send money to personal accounts, business bank accounts, private payment links, crypto wallets, or any off-platform method for an order started on Zedtra.

Accurate Delivery And Contact Details

Buyers must provide true delivery names, phone numbers, addresses, and receiving instructions. Incorrect or misleading information may cause failed delivery, delays, or weaker refund protection.

Where the platform asks a buyer to confirm delivery or receipt, that confirmation must be truthful and must only be given after the item is physically received.

Delivery Fee Responsibility

Delivery fees displayed at checkout may be estimates based on distance, route, address quality, and the shipping method or dispatch option selected by the seller. The delivery fee paid at checkout is a buyer-side contribution toward delivery, not a guaranteed fixed final shipping invoice.

If the seller's chosen shipping company charges more than the checkout delivery fee estimate, the buyer may be required to pay a delivery top-up to complete delivery. Where such a top-up is required, buyers are responsible for paying what is needed to complete delivery.

Buyers should only follow delivery-payment instructions provided through official Zedtra flows. Do not send money to personal accounts or off-platform payment links for delivery, and report any off-platform delivery payment request to support.

No Refund Abuse

Buyers must not file false "item not delivered" claims, manipulate evidence, misuse chargebacks, request refunds after proper delivery, or try to keep both the item and the money.

Repeated bad-faith refund behavior may lead to extra review, restrictions, suspension, or account removal.

Respect Platform Delivery Confirmation

If Zedtra asks you to press a Received button or confirm through a receipt QR flow, do not confirm before the item is in your hands.

False confirmation may mark the order as delivered and can make later disputes more difficult to resolve.

Respect Sellers And Staff

Buyers must not harass sellers, delivery staff, moderators, reviewers, or support agents. Threats, abuse, intimidation, blackmail, fake reviews, or extortion attempts are prohibited.

Zedtra may review platform chats, notices, and order records when abuse or fraud is reported.

Platform Rights

Zedtra may restrict accounts, pause activity, refuse support requests, or escalate cases where buyer conduct creates fraud risk, payment risk, or unfair harm to sellers or the platform.

The platform may rely on internal records, payment logs, delivery confirmation history, and uploaded evidence when reviewing buyer disputes or buyer misconduct.
